Online Teaser | Concept, Design, 2D Animation, Sound Design

Design FAQs
A logo is a unique symbol of your identity. It is characterized by its simplicity, yet subconsciously appears much more complex. Unlike a generic symbol or icon (which many people mistake for it), a logo’s form and color define the company’s character and identity. A prior content analysis therefore seems essential to designing a suitable logo.
A good logo design reflects the brand’s personality and packages it in the simplest way possible. This small image combines countless aspects: formal language (dynamic, minimalist, light or full), shape (square or round), color scheme (muted or bright), fonts (serious or playful), associations (childlike or technological), attention (familiar or unusual), individuality, etc.
Yes, if you follow three basic principles:
- Clear briefing,
- Limited variants
- Professional experience
“Affordable” means efficient, not careless. A good logo proves itself through ingenious preparatory work, with an eye on values and unique selling points.
Inexpensive offers on Fiverr, Canva, or similar platforms may be affordable, but they can only partially address the analytical aspects that distinguish a logo as such from a conventional symbol. Gather comprehensive information about your identity, positioning, and objectives – or save yourself the research and outsource the professional logo creation to a graphic designer.
In detail, the following factors are essential for the cost of a logo: time required, variations, complexity, corrections, conception, possible usage rights, consulting fees, and licensing fees.
On average, prices range from €300 for a simple logo to several thousand euros for a fully developed, strategically optimized logo concept (personal assessment by a designer). Due to higher ongoing costs, design agencies’ prices are usually significantly more expensive than those charged by freelancers. I would be happy to discuss a suitable cost framework with you to create your logo.
Logos vary in complexity, for example, as follows:
Simple logo…
Freely drawn or schematically constructed
+ Variants (formats, different layouts, colors)
+ Wordmark (including typeface, license if applicable)
+ Animation (moving logo, e.g., for online channels or apps)
+ Sound design (e.g., for campaigns and video formats)
Corporate design (CD) is your brand’s complete visual navigation system: logo, color scheme, typography, imagery, and motion patterns. The logo design often defines the first direction of visual branding. A good start! However, the overall CD system creates the connection to the corporate identity—on the website, flyers, social media, or trade show booth.
Leipzig – a city of culture, a hotspot of art, a musical melting pot for locals! Since 2022, I’ve been making myself at home as a graphic designer in Schleußig, benefiting from the colorful, inspiring world around me. New projects sprout like seeds from the ground, and like dandelions, a pretty little spot bursts forth from every corner of the city, no matter how barren it may be. Just in time to give fresh buds along the way more expression with my creative work.
- Flyer design costs: In Germany, you can generally get acceptable, well-designed flyer designs for between €100-500 (personal assessment by a designer). The more you do yourself, the less you have to pay for others’ time. If you’re short on time, outsource the work to expert designers.
- General preparation: Develop content, find visual templates for guidance, and provide the designer with as much information as possible. This saves time and money, queries, corrections, follow-up, communication—generally speaking, energy!
- Content specifications: A flyer has two pages—work out all the content for the flyer, possibly even including the layout/arrangement on the page. If some information isn’t yet finalized, a placeholder (e.g., for the date) is sufficient.
- Design specifications: Are there existing designs you like or even your own promotional materials? Are there corporate design guidelines to follow? A clear understanding of your preferences makes it easier for me as a service provider to accommodate your requests. Sample views are great, existing identities even better!
- Necessary files: Collect logos, photos, or other graphics (ideally in printable resolution) that should be included in the design. This avoids additional work steps.
- Selecting a printing provider: Most flyers are intended to be printed or at least have a final format (e.g., DIN A6) – ideally, this information is available. Feel free to select a printing provider in advance. This way, file specifications are clear from the outset and can be taken into account in the design process from the very beginning.
