Docuvita is a white-label document management system for PCs. The goal was to make it easier for partners, users, and customers worldwide to access and get started with this highly complex, customizable application. For this purpose, a reduced version of the system was developed as an app.
The focus of the UX/UI design was on low-threshold, easy-to-use interface and mobile accessibility of the most important functions.
App Design & Screen Design
The app’s interface design is based on classic layouts for applications where orientation plays a key role. This, along with the simplified structure of the application, is intended to enable intuitive and easy use, making it accessible even for less experienced users.
